MES Support Consultant

Your role and responsibilities:

• Take charge of MES support and implementation as 2nd Level global operations team
• System monitoring & troubleshooting 
• Receiving System requests from all MES Plant Key Users in all factories
• Supporting technical interfaces between Top-Floor and Shopfloor
• Collaborate with central IT departments and MES business departments
• Ensure system compliance and quality assurance
• Continues system improvement and optimization
• Process analysis and solution design
• Liaise with MES software vendors
• User support and training

Your skills & strenghts:

• Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in technical support or implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., SAP ME/MII, OpCenter, ITAC) in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex software and integration issues.
• Meticulous in configuring, testing, documenting, and delivering high-quality technical support.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Understanding of ERP system  and MES integrations with ERP
• Fundamental knowledge of PLCs.
• Readiness to travel up to 10% of worktime
