Operational support with a focus on Microsoft M365 Collaboration and Exchange Online environments. (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoin & Exchange.)

Requirements analysis, implementation of changes, troubleshooting and optimization of existing environments as part of the service lifecycle.

Collaboration on the creation of technical concepts, documentation or operating manuals.
-
Elimination of errors and troubleshooting.
-
Processing and documentation of incidents and problems in the ticket system.
-
Ensuring reliable and continuous service delivery
-
Manage sharing settings at the organization level.
-
Participation in projects to adapt the systems to the strategic development of the company.
Your Experience and Qualifications
-
At least 3 years of experience in a technical operations role for an enterprise Microsoft365 environment Administrator role.
-
Experience in managing cloud collaboration tools to administrate such as M365 Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, MS Office and OneDrive.

Very good English skills.

Strong understanding of Microsoft M365 Azure environment.

Experience in scripting: PowerShell.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft M365 Copilot products.
-
Expertise in automation and reduction of manual efforts through scripting/tools/runbooks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Supporting escalated tasks/incidents.

Microsoft Certified
