Logistic Project Specialist (umowa na zastępstwo)
Place of work: Ostrów Wielkopolski or Wrocław
In this role, you will lead supplier onboarding for key logistics and digitalization projects (e.g. TCP/SupplyOn and SAP S/4HANA) across the EMEA region, ensuring successful deployment and handover. As part of a local team of 5 specialists, reporting to an English-speaking manager, and collaborating within a multinational team operating in a global delivery model, you will drive end-to-end deployment management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system integration.
Your Role
- Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (e.g., SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL)
- Drive supplier implementation progress by monitoring milestones, negotiating solutions, and overcoming resistance to change
- Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Support deployment-related projects and ensure smooth handover to operational teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and deployment standards
- Apply and further develop onboarding expertise within the global delivery organization
Your Contribution
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in production and/or logistics, preferably within the automotive industry, with supplier onboarding experience considered a strong advantage
- SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA experience, ideally within MM (Procurement) and cross-functional processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, combined with resilience, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset
- Conceptual thinking, hands-on support experience, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
- Ability to train, influence, and guide users, supported by proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other standard IT applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
