Your Contribution

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Corporate CoE for Process & System Management and ongoing HR systems projects
  • Contribute to HR system testing and quality assurance, including regression testing, SAP HCM infotype checks, and report validation
  • Assist with organizational change requests and administrative procedures in SAP HCM / Organizational Management
  • Support data validation activities and help improve HR- related processes
  • Create and update user-focused documentation, including instructions, training materials, SOPs, and checklists for various HR user groups
  • Prepare structured summaries, knowledge base content, and simple reports to support knowledge management and internal reporting

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Higher education. preferably specializing in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics or Data analytics
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Power Point & Excel (VBA knowledge will be a plus)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work both in a team and to work on your own initiative
  • Experience with SAP HCM would be a plus
