International Trainee in IT area (International Graduate Program)

Your Contribution 

You will be part of our International Graduate Program

• You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs.

• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the IT department.

• You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad.

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• You have an above-average Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related fields.

• In addition, you also have practical experience through relevant internships, for example in ERP application support like SAP, IT service management, IT infrastructure & equipment.

• You have been abroad for at least three months and enjoy working in an international context.

• You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language.

• A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies.

• Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile.
