Intern Automation Service Operations - IT Tools

Your Contribution

• Support daily operational activities related to IT systems, applications and automation solutions
• Assist with monitoring IT systems and resolving basic operational issues
• Support user administration and service request fulfilment activities
• Help maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with international teams on ongoing operational tasks

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Interest in IT Operations, Infrastructure Services and Automation
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with scripting or automation concepts is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills
