Your Contribution 

• Responsibility for the implementation and rollout of IT solutions in the international environment and for a successful go-live
• Responsibility for planning and implementing complex IT projects (especially in line with S/4HANA transformation program at MAHLE)
• Responsible for the adherence to the budget, the time planning as well as the fulfillment of the required scope of services in appropriate quality
• Responsibility for initiating and controlling of the IT tasks in all project phases, in particular planning, project management, scope management, creation of technical specifications and technical realization; data migration and interface Management
• Management of external consultants
• Responsibility for reporting to the Steering Committee and actively initiating necessary escalations as well as project changes

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Successfully completed studies (min. bachelor's degree) in business administration, business informatics, computer science etc. 
• About 5 years of professional experience in area of IT Project management 
• Experience in the deployment and rollout of IT applications, desirable in the international environment (SAP Template rollout)
• PM techniques and PM Modelling Techniques knowledge 
• SAP ECC know how is mandatory, ideally S/4 experience 
• Team leading, negotiating and communication skills 
• Focused on project targets, independent and result-oriented working methods 
• Willingness to travel (c.a. 6 business travels per year) 
• Excellent English skills, further languages are beneficial
