IT On-site Support Specialist
Your Contribution
- Resolution of user reports that require direct intervention and are not resolving by remote groups
- User equipment management, conducting regular replacements after the end of the leasing period
- Hardware order management
- Issuing and preparing equipment for new employees during the first day of work
- Pickup of returned equipment from employees leaving the company
- Participation in migration and implementation projects related to production plants
- Responsibility for local processes that deviate from global standards
- Participation in projects concerning both single locations and global system implementations
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Technical education (welcome in the IT area)
- Very good command of Polish language (B2/C1)
- English language - communicative (min. B1)
- Technical knowledge or interest in hardware topics
- Ability to manage time, independent work planning,
- Ability to take actions and decisions
- Ability to work in direct contact with an internal client
