Head of Regional Total Rewards Europe

Your Contribution

• Lead and drive the Total Rewards agenda across Europe in alignment with global strategy
• Guide and develop a regional Total Rewards team
• Translate global frameworks (compensation, benefits, job architecture) into effective regional solutions
• Oversee and optimize key processes: salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting, salary bands, and job evaluations (HAY methodology)
• Drive regional projects to enhance competitiveness and attractiveness of remuneration & benefits
• Ensure harmonization, efficiency, and governance of Total Rewards processes, programs, and vendors across the region
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with European and local regulations (e.g. EU Pay Transparency Directive) and partner with HR & business stakeholders

Your experience & qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally in an international/matrix environment (preferably manufacturing)
• Proven leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, job architecture and Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology
• Experience in leading international projects and translating HR strategy into scalable solutions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define KPIs
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across regions and functions
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (HR/OD focus preferred)
• Business fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
