Your role & responsibilities:

•    Responsible for system consistency, governance and quality level across all regions
•    Defines global HR standards and procedures and assures that they are followed
•    Coordinates activities across  business workstreams, process owners, related IT functions and external partners, to set up and steer a consistent global solution
•    Be the main contact for all system related topics: Partner for all HR CoE’s (Centers of Expertise), SSCs,  GPO’s (Global Process Owners) and GKUs (Global Key Users)
•    Supports system audits
•    Defines strategy and roadmap for  SFSF & PD  system evolution and operations
•    Provides input for driving digital HR agenda and improvement of processes
•    Assures together with HR IT Lead and Corporate IT HR that solution fits into global IT architecture
•    Aligns with HR IT Cloud Architect for change requests and possible regression on live data and system customizing
•    Overlooks cross module faults and possible regression scenarios
•    Answers “how to issues” that can’t be answered by HR CoEs and GPO’s 
•    Proactively manages, prioritizes, and prepares for system releases including planning, testing, change management, coordinates system releases and tests with SSCs, GKUs and GPOs
•    Participates in HR IT related projects, takes over leading project responsibilities in SFSF & PD related  projects

 

 

Your skills & strengths:


•    Educational background in HR and/or or IT is advantageous
•    Experience with SAP HCM/SFSF solutions run on global scale
•    Previous experience in implementing or supporting SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, PeopleDoc (PD)
•    Good understanding of HR Cloud solutions and cloud implementation projects in an international business environment
•    Client orientation and client focus
•    Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals
•    Analytical mindset
•    Ability to act as liaison with various internal and external contacts
•    Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
•    Perfect understanding and practice of HR processing procedures
•    Teamplayer who enjoys working in an international environment
•    Strong initiative and enthusiasm
•    PC skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Understanding and practice of global HR processes,  procedures  and integrated data flows
