Global Solution Owner SF & HR IT Governance Lead Talent Management
Your Contribution
- Own the global governance, roadmap, and lifecycle management of SAP SuccessFactors across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
- Drive the HR IT strategy for Talent Management, ensuring alignment with global HR priorities and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on SuccessFactors capabilities, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead system enhancement and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, user experience, and business value.
- Ensure compliance with global standards, data governance requirements, audit expectations, and system integrity.
- Oversee release management, upgrades, change requests, and continuous platform improvements in collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.
- Define and monitor KPIs, system health metrics, and governance reporting, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, key users, and technical experts to deliver international HRIS projects and sustainable business solutions.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in global HRIS, HRIT, or HR technology environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience governing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across multiple Talent modules.
- Strong understanding of Talent Management processes, including Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Compensation.
- Proven experience leading global system rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives in a complex international environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR system governance, integrations, data flows, reporting, and compliance requirements such as GDPR.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and successfully collaborate across HR, IT, vendors, and business functions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills, with fluent English required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
