Global Senior Project Relationship Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient and smooth SAP S/4 Transformation within MAHLE with focus on project relationship management
• Continuous in-depth assessment of stakeholder influence, impact and sentiment, incl. evaluation of risks and opportunities and derivation of tailored follow-up activities
• Steering, preparation and documentation of stakeholder alignments with project management team and representatives of all business units
• Conduct regular check-in sessions, share information, collect feedback, etc. with regional change managers of the project

          management of change communities & internal change networks

• Responsible for the efficient and smooth SAP S/4 Transformation within MAHLE with focus on communication
• Coordination MAHLE-wide project target group tailored umbrella communication, incl. creation of tailored communication materials on global level and steering of communication material from regions  e.g. internal mailings, newsletter campaigns, flyer etc.
• Overarching Knowledge Management across the project and all deployment stakeholders, including extension and refinement of Knowledge Database (Microsoft SharePoint)
• Change and communication support globally, incl. meeting preparation and documentation
• Definition of relevant change and communication metrics and derivation of follow-up activities

Your skills & strengths:

• 3+ years of working experience in global projects communication with various stakeholders, experience in IT Transformation projects is a plus
• Career background in a corporate environment, (inhouse) consultancy or multi-national agency
• Profound Project Management skills and experience with technical transformation programs, ideally SAP surrounding
• Person with strong communication and conflict management skills
• Hands-on and “get things done” personality
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German will be an asset.
• Profound Skills of Microsoft Tools
• Willingness for business travels within Europe: around 20%
