Global Key User HR Core Data
Your Contribution
In this role, you will be a first-level expert and global contact for HR Core Data topics across all HR systems
- Act as main global subject matter expert for SAP Organizational Management (OM) and designated first point of contact for all OM-related inquiries
- Support the Global Process Owner in implementing HR data governance and ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Maintain data structure integrity and quality standards within systems, ensuring adherence to global administration rules delivering high quality data set
- Support development and maintenance of current global process documentation and instructional materials
- Validate change requests having impact on global data set from technical and process perspective
- Actively engage in system releases and projects across SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and SAP HCM platforms, including review, feedback, and testing
- Ensure effective enablement and training of HR SSC teams for accurate HR core data administration
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Expertise in SAP Organizational Management (OM) and SAP Personnel Administration (PA) with understanding of global structures and processes
- Deep knowledge of HR core data management and employee data specifications across multiple systems, especially for SAP PA & OM data
- Experience with SAP HCM solution run on global scale, with SAP Successfactors knowledge as an additional advantage
- Proven experience in HRIS, HR administration, and global HR project and transformation management
- Good understanding of compliance and audit requirements related to HR data and setting up HR processing procedures
- Knowledge and experience about test- and change management processes related to HR IT topics
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
