Global HR Transformation Consultant

Your Contribution

• Shape the future of HR at MAHLE by actively supporting the global HR Transformation Program
• Manage own work packages like the CoE implementation or Change & Communication
• Actively support the HR Transformation team in PMO tasks, e.g. track progress, facilitate project calls, steer to-dos and actively manage team members
• Prepare, execute and visualize data analysis
• Prepare, execute and document workshops and team meetings with the HR community around the globe
• Support in designing the new HR Strategy – and doing research on HR AI and other strategic HR topics
• Support in our business case calculations
• Bring in fresh and innovative ideas, especially regarding AI in HR

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience project rollouts, experience in HR or HR Transformation is a plus
• Career background in a consultancy, inhouse consultancy or multi-national corporate environment
• Project Management skills (classical & agile)
• Fluent in English, German will be an asset.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills
• Analytical person with strong strategic and conceptual skills
• Creative thinker able to visualize ideas and data clearly
• Hands-on and “get things done” personality
• Ability to work efficiently, drive high-quality results and ability to foster a positive working atmosphere across multicultural teams
