Your role & responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating global change management team to consult and develop change management initiatives within various strategic/IT projects
  • Develop and share change management methodologies and tools to enhance organizational change agility and adaptability at MAHLE
  • Develop change management strategies and approaches. Integrate change management plan in overall transformation roadmap
  • Assess change impacts and readiness for selected MAHLE transformation initiatives. Analyze and map impacted stakeholder groups throughout the change project lifecycles
  • Involve, engage and align key stakeholder groups of transformation initiatives based on a joint change vision or case for change
  • Execute and orchestrate change management activities on a global, regional and local level
  • Define and measure change success metrics. Monitor change progress and adopt activities to minimize deviations and risks
  • Conduct training needs analysis for stakeholders of transformation initiatives. Develop enablement strategies and concepts based on the findings
  • Put together stakeholder enablement roadmaps and plans. Execute and coordinate training activities. Measure enablement success and adapt activities as needed

 

Your skills & strengths: 

  • Proven experience with change management, internal communication and digital enablement activities for complex digitalization projects
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Expertise and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding for MAHLE’s culture and underlying values
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills regarding organizational issues and challenges
  • Deep project and change management know-how and understanding of both the people and IT side of change 
  • Pronounced team player mentality and ability to communicate effectively across different levels, functions and cultures
  • Holistic and proactive forward thinking
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
