Who are we looking for?
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with above-average academic results (Business IT, HR)
- 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)
- International exposure through studies or internships abroad
- Strong motivation, curiosity, and a drive for continuous development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
