Employee Relation Partner

Your role & responsibilities:

• Support HR on local level in implementation of HR Next

• Support employees with HR applications and tools

• Support communication with employees in HR topics

• Go to person for employees on local level

• Supports SSC with individual and personal requests

• Supports local tasks and initiatives as needed

• Coordination of local HR projects

Your skills & strengths:

• Relevant experience in the HR field, preferably in SSC/BPO (at least 5 years)

• Higher education (HR, Psychology, Sociology)

• Advanced English language skills (min. B2)

• Very deep knowledge of Polish employment law

• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

• Project Management skills would be a plus

• Good organizational skills and time management

• Excellent people skills: communicative and open to new challenges.

• Competency in the use of Microsoft Office to include strong Excel skills.
