Digitalization in Logistics Team Assistant

Your role & responsibilities:

• Assist in documenting, tracking and reporting on projects. 
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and events for the teams.
• Assist in the preparation of project-related materials and presentations and monitor and report progress towards strategic goals.
• Conducting research and data collection to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of cross-departmental communication activities as part of appropriate stakeholder management. 
• Work with the department manager and team leaders to implement the department's strategy.
   

Your skills & strengths:

• Bachelor's degree in management, project management, administration or a related field
• Skills such as excellent communication, ability to work in a team, openness, organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, self-confidence, meticulous and proactive.
• English skills at a level of min. B2
• Proficiency in Microsoft365 tools and social media
• Experience in supporting PMO tasks or project management (welcome)
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, etc. welcome.
