The Digital Manufacturing Solution Architect serves as the crucial bridge between business operations and IT at MAHLE, designing scalable digital solutions that enable manufacturing excellence through digitalization.

• Design standardized, reusable OT Blueprints that improve manufacturing processes
• Evaluate and harmonize business demands from a governance and technical perspective
• Guide stakeholders through demand management while ensuring solutions meet requirements
• Facilitate agile proof-of-concepts to test potential solutions
• Develop scalable solution architectures that align with business objectives
• Support implementation teams during solution rollout
• Manage stakeholder communications at all levels of the organization

Your Experience & Qualifications

•  
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing digitalization technologies (IIoT, data analytics, AI)
• Knowledge of IT/OT integration, standards, and security requirements
• Architectural thinking ability to design standardized solution patterns
• Strong demand management capabilities to analyze and prioritize business requirements
• Technical innovation skills to develop viable solutions within organizational standards
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
• Advanced English proficiency (preferably CEFR level C1)
