Corporate Security Specialist

Your Contribution

• Planning and conducting emergency and crisis management trainings and simulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and procedures
• Ensure alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
• Support the development and operation of the Crisis Management Framework
• Activate and support Crisis Management Teams(CMT) during incidents
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement lessons learned to improve resilience
• Develop physical security concepts for global MAHLE plants
• Support the design and implementation of security measures for new or existing facilities
• Conduct site security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses
• Create and provide expatriate security briefing programs, travel restrictions, and (pre-) travel security briefings for expatriates and travelers incl. country security overviews

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, emergency management, or crisis response
• Strong knowledge of emergency and crisis management
• Experience managing physical security systems and site security operations.
• Fluency in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environment
• Ability to draw conclusions and take decisions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intercultural awareness and willingness to travel occasionally (5-6 times a year)
• Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
