Communication OT Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

• Develop effective communication strategies for OT cybersecurity initiatives
• Development and implementation of continuous communication activities for a defined target group
• Planning and implementation of related internal communication formats (teams, newsletter, town hall, one-day workshops etc.)
• Establish KPI-based tracking to ensure effectiveness and develop appropriate measures to improve initiatives
• Working with relevant stakeholders to achieve communication and cooperation goals
• Keeping in touch with advocates and decision makers
• Support communication of overarching strategies or messages from management level

Your skills & strengths:

• Prior professional experience as a communications specialist
• Experience in writing text messages and editing communication formats
• Basic knowledge of project management principles
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; Photo and Video editing software is an advantage
• English language skills (min. B2)
• Degree in Public Relations, Communication or other field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
• Interest in technical topics will be an additional asset
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills
