Your Contribution

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll be making sure that all processes are consistent, aligned to  Standards and are streamlined, effective, well-managed and documented. You’ll be assessing cross-domain teams requirements, researching and analysing potential solutions and helping to enhance our processes, as well as managing implementation of all changes to them.

 

  • Provide expertise in technology, tools, techniques and process to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and reduce costs
  • Support efficiently the process lifecycle with an interface to tools such as JIRA/Caliber, SAP SolMan, SAP Enable Now
  • Focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of  processes
  • Build strong relationships with cross-domain teams to optimize systems integration
  • Develop and maintain process modelling documentation standards and templates
  • Support the evaluation of tech solutions, ensuring alignment with project business needs

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of analysis, documentation and optimization of business processes
  • Completed studies preferably in the field of business informatics
  • Hands-on experience on tools like Symbio, SILK, Dimensions, Jira, SOLMAN, SAP Enable or similar
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, data visualisation, and requirements capture
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with teams across different domains
