BMC Helix ITSM Developer

Your Contribution

• Support issues related to the applications: Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, Remedy Single Sign-On, Mid-tier
• Provide support for BMC Remedy ITSM modules including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Configuration Database Management, Service Level Management
• Configure Foundation data and set up ITSM modules.
• Manage Service Requests using SRM or the Digital Workplace Catalog.
• Create Reports, Dashboards, and distribute reports.
• Create reconciliation jobs, custom datasets, attributes, and classes in CMDB.
• Maintain CMDB health checks and configure notifications using HTML.
• Respond to and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Engage with BMC to identify and resolve issues.

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy ITSM
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process automation, as well as skill in creating reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of HTML, ability to configure Foundation data and ITSM modules.
• Skill in managing service requests and coordinating actions within defined SLA agreements.
• Very good English skills
• Experience in leading a distributed team.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
