BMC Discovery and CMDB Specialist

Your Contribution

• Design, implement, and manage BMC Discovery solutions to discover, map, and maintain a complete inventory of IT assets.
• understand business requirements, and translate them into effective BMC Discovery configurations.
• Perform data modelling , normalization Develop and maintain TPL scripts for custom patterns and data collection.
• Configure and optimize BMC Discovery additionally Troubleshoot and resolve BMC Discovery-related issues.
• Experienced with enterprise environments Asset lifecycle and custom classes management and data set configurations,
• Create & Monitor Normalization and Reconciliation Jobs ,Develop SQL queries and reports for management on KPIs
• Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness with Having understanding of infra level design for visualization.

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• 5 years of experience in similar position
• Understanding the core principles of BMC Discovery, including its architecture and components.
• Skills in modeling applications and services using BMC Discovery.
• Proficiency in administering BMC Discovery, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ability to customize BMC Discovery to meet specific organizational needs.
• Knowledge of integrating BMC Discovery with other IT management tools and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to discovery and data collection.
