Global Operations Analyst
Your Role & Responsibilities

Establish a global cross-segment NPM reporting in BU4 from BU view to ME view.

Monthly reporting Consolidation and variance analysis for all affected BU4 entities.

Act as an interface to the global-NPM Purchasing organization.

Participation in the creation, coordination and consolidation of economic and strategic planning.
-
Coordination, consolidation and performance tracking of NPM projects.
-
Identify potential cost-improvements for NPM across all BU4 entities.
-
Participation in projects.

Your Skills & Strengths
- Successfully completed studies (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable) with a focus on controlling/finance or similar qualification.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- Spanish, German, Slovenian, Chinese or Japanese are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of SAP/R3 (CO, PS) as well as knowledge of MARS and ALEA.
- Good knowledge of JIRA.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Power Point and Access.
- Knowledge about Non-production materials in an operative automotive plant.
- Knowledge of the processes of an operative plant in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge in the analysis of financial key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness.
- Very good analytical thinking as well as a structured and goal-oriented working method.
- Willingness to travel.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferred in Plant-Controlling.
