Prototype Process Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Create assembly guidelines for prototypes technicians

• Prototype PFMEA (Apis) and VDA Control plan definition

• Creation of Process Specifications, including customer and internal requirements.

• Manufacturing BOM definition

• Support to feasibility commitment and DFM

Your Skills & Strengths

Necessary qualification:

• Academic background: Electronic Engineering or similar. 

Technical competences:

• Familiar with VDA 6.3 and APQP methodology

• Process FMEA tools (Apis) is a plus

• Flexibility to travel to the plant with frequency

• ERP tools (SAP) and Office 365 high knowledge

Working experience:

• 3 years of experience in automotive mechatronic process development position.
