Production Engineer

Your Role & Your Responsibilities

• Leader of the production engineering extended team.
• Member of the project core team.

• Definition, development and deployment of the production assembly line.
• Leader of the production launch until SOP+6.
• Management of the process engineering resources.
• Design for manufacturability.
• OEE management and improvement.
• Reporting of project status and results.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Studies in engineering, industrial engineering or technical business administration.
• Language skills in Spanish (C1). English (C1).
• Experience in project management, process development (ideally automotive industry, min. 3 years).
• Budget management.
• Knowledge of assembly processes.
• Knowledge in the analysis of project and financial KPIs.
• Very good analytical thinking as well as a structured and target-oriented working method.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and to include different stakeholders & opinions.
• Strong intercultural competencies & availability for international business trips.
