Human Resources Internship

We are looking for an intern for the Human Resources department who will provide administrative support in the management of the employee´s lifecycle.

How can you become part of our success? 

• Assist in the update and maintain internal HR records (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of HR documentation. 
• Give assistance in the creation of regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (work time hours, turnover rates, etc.).
• Assist in payroll tasks by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
• Participatation in different HR projects.
• Assist in audits to the HR department.
• Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries about HR related issues, providing guidance and interceding in conflicts resolution.

What skills do you need? 

• University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law) or Higher Degree in Administration.
• English Spoken and written. Level B2 (minimum).
• Advanced Office Automation: Excel / PowerPoint is a plus
• Skills required: Teamwork, Initiative and proactivity, Communication capacity among others.
