ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work with product engineering to gain knowledge in the field of e-mobility and get insight into MAHLE’s product development process and products.
  • Support product engineering for existing series projects but also support the development of new concepts for heat exchangers.
  • Support in ongoing acquisition projects and exchange CAD information with customer,
  • Develop prototype 3D and drawings
  • Working with test lab on ongoing projects, plan, schedule, track and complete testing and documentation for heat exchanger validation
  • Perform CFD simulations on current heat exchanger developments

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university 
    • Pursing a degree towards: Mechanical Engineering
  • Skills: MS Office is a must skill, CAD skills preferred, coding or MATLAB skills desired, background in Thermodynamics and Fluid dynamics desired, understand the basics of GD&T desired
  • Previous internship experience preffered but not required
