Computer Aided Engineering Intern

Your Contribution:

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide computer engineering support for Senior CAE Engineers.

• Create (mesh) and analyze finite element and Gas Dynamics models of engine components.
• Perform structural analysis including durability, fatigue, stress, deflection and vibration studies.
• Review test results and correlate physical testing data with simulation models.
• Perform work assignments supervised by Senior CAE Engineers.
• Collaborate with CAE Engineers, Project Teams, External Customers, and Software Suppliers.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience with engineering analysis, simulation, or modeling projects.
• Basic understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) and/or computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Familiarity with CAE tools such as Altair, Abaqus, ANSA, Star-CCM+, Fluent, GT-Power, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings through reports and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
