Tasks

1. Training

• Responsible for planning and executing trainings on MTJC product quality and reliability to externals and internals
• Initiate up-to-date technical materials (brochures, videos, etc)
• Implement training KPIs and evaluate the result

2. Handling of queries and claims

• Responsible and a point of contact for all claims, inquiries on MTJC products quality issues
• Investigate claims received, address with findings back to customers
• Responsible for visiting customers to explain the product claim report
• Interface with Sales, Customer Service departments with claims as an input to the problem-solving processes
• Improve the product quality by working closely with Product Managers, suppliers

Education and experience level

• University bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or technical service in automotive industry is mandatory
• Onsite experience in maintenance is preferred
• Experience / knowledge of aftermarket is a plus
