Your Contribution
1. Strategic Projects & Business Analysis
- Lead or participate in major strategic initiative
- Conduct research, perform data analysis, and prepare materials for board meetings, investor reviews, and industry conferences
- Attend meetings, document key points, and follow up on action items
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues
2. Executive Support & Office Management
- Prepare and edit communication documents, presentations, and other materials
- Handle confidential information with strict discretion
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the President & CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Ability to work in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji
- Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800 or above)
- Expected to graduate by September 2026 and available to join the company in October 2026
- Proven experience in dedicating oneself to a particular activity (e.g., academics, club activities, part-time work, etc.)
- Experience in an international environment

The Global Career Starter Program (GCSP) is an 18‑month entry-level rotational program designed specifically for you.
Through rotations across up to six departments, you will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of roles.
