Tasks
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Creation of sustainable relationship with customers
- Acquisition of new projects
2. Planning & implementation
- Sales planning (Budget and Mid-term plan) and controlling
- Acquisition of new projects
- Support to Project management
3. Business Management
- Follow up of business operations (Order/ Delivery/ Collection, etc.)
- Price control
- Commercial agreements & support on other contracts / agreements
Education and experience level
- University Bachelor degree or above (Engineering or Business major preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales is required
- Automotive / Manufacturing industry sales experience is preferred
- B2B sales experience is preferred
- Ability to manage 1 or more customers and customer accounts which entails in depth knowledge of contract negotiations and product development
- SAP experience is strongly preferred
- Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills
Languages,Skills and Qualifications
Native Japanese and good English language skills
