Import / Export / Customer Service, Aftermarket

Your Contribution

• Daily hands-on import and export operations
• Communication and coordination with customers, internal departments, warehouses, freight forwarders, logistics partners (3PL)
• Order processing and management
• Support customers, including order follow-up and issue resolution
• Inventory and shipment monitoring
• Data handling and report creation utilizing Excel
• SAP transaction processing and master data maintenance

Your Experience & Qulifications

• University bachelor’s degree or above
• 4+ years experience in hands-on daily import / export / customer-facing operations is mandatory
• Automotive, Automotive After Parts / Aftermarket knowledge is a big plus
• Experience in SAP is a big plus
• Business level in both Japanese and English language skills
