IT Onsite Service Engineer, 山形県鶴岡市

Your Contribution

The Onsite Service Engineer is the key member to maintain Network/Server & Endpoint devices at Japan Onsite Service Organization. This position will play a key role in Network, Server, Server Room facility and Endpoint devices inside JP sites (18 sites). All Onsite services need to follow Global Standard processes and global project rollout support, and ensure local requirements are supported via effective demand management.

You will be based in Tsuruoka, Yamagata Prefecture. Your main responsibility will be to support internal users of MAHLE Group companies in the Yamagata region.

• Timely Incident/workorder support based on KPI for Onsite service tasks
• Network maintenance to work with global Network experts as field service (CISCO)
• Server maintenance to work with global server experts as filed service (Windows, Linux)
• Asset lifecycle management (Network, Server, UPS)
• Server room facility management with business facility team based on MAHLE server room regulation.
• Support local IT budget planning process
• Support IT Audit and IT compliance

Your experience ＆ Qualifications

• University bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3-5 years experiences of IT Network/Security
• Skills of IT field service (Client devices, Sever Room, Windows OS)
• Strong communication skill in both Japanese and English as business level MANDATORY
