Your Experience & Qualifications

・Master’s degree in the desired subject area with above-average grades

・First practical experience through relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)

・International experience through studies abroad or internships

・High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development

・Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset as well as hands-on mentality

・Strong communication and collaboration skills

・Japanese and English proficiency

With up to 6 job rotations through different departments, you will gain a variety of insights and take on exciting responsibilities. 

In addition to working in multinational teams, you will expand your international experience and network through an assignment abroad at one of our global locations.
