Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) Controller (m/f/d)
Your Contribution
- Core team member in VA/VE workshops and key interface between Controlling and Commercial Planning
- Contribution to idea generation, escalation, and implementation of initiatives
- End-to-end ownership of all VA/VE-related controlling topics and coordination with plant controlling
- Reporting of VA/VE measures in relevant systems
- Follow-up on actions and knowledge transfer across teams
- Identification of current and future requirements, technologies, and tools for VA/VE financial analysis
- Participation in special projects within Product Controlling or EU Controlling
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Controlling) or a comparable qualification, with 3+ years of experience in Controlling
- Strong expertise in product costing, portfolio analysis, and project controlling; automotive industry experience is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel and SAP, Power BI skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights
- Proactive team player with strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Analytical, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset; fluent English required, German is an plus
