Your Contribution

  • Core team member in VA/VE workshops and key interface between Controlling and Commercial Planning
  • Contribution to idea generation, escalation, and implementation of initiatives
  • End-to-end ownership of all VA/VE-related controlling topics and coordination with plant controlling
  • Reporting of VA/VE measures in relevant systems
  • Follow-up on actions and knowledge transfer across teams
  • Identification of current and future requirements, technologies, and tools for VA/VE financial analysis
  • Participation in special projects within Product Controlling or EU Controlling

 

Your Experience & Qualifications 

  • Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Controlling) or a comparable qualification, with 3+ years of experience in Controlling
  • Strong expertise in product costing, portfolio analysis, and project controlling; automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel and SAP, Power BI skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights
  • Proactive team player with strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Analytical, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset; fluent English required, German is an plus
