Sustainable Purchasing Support (EHS)

Role for supporting the Sustainable Purchasing Organization and Tools.

Your roles & responsibility:

• Analysis of supplier assessments in the area of sustainability and supply chain due diligence law
• Preparation of status/progress reports of the evaluation of critical suppliers and ad-hoc reporting
• Contacting suppliers after passing a deadline when registering and providing feedback on supplier assessments
• Supporting onboarding activities of suppliers in the MAHLE supplier portal and the sustainability platform including escalation management within the purchasing organization
• Supporting Supplier Master Data cleansing activities (coordination & reporting)

Your skills & strengths:

• Bachelor degree
• Proven knowledge in the area of sustainability and/or quality management
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Confident appearance and communication with colleagues, suppliers and other external business partners
• Dealing with various stakeholders in fluent English, other language skills like German are welcome
• IT affinity, good Microsoft 365 skills
• Open minded
• Communication skills, 
• Any quality or EHS certifications are welcome
