Project Manager Change Management Office
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Coordination of processing of change management orders.
- Deployment of efficient and effective change management process. BU2 specific alignment of process and MAHLE standard tool. Feedback to MAHLE tool landscape
- CIP for change management deployment, process and tool.
- First level support for method, process and tool, Keyuser training BU2
- Global operative coordination of regional support and tracking of change management orders.
- 1st escalation level for change management issues in EU.
- First Level support for process, method and Tool (ECM, PTC)
- Training of operative Users and key-users in BU2
- Taking over the change management coordinator function in PTC workflow (see process picture and comments)
- Communication
- Active promotion and support of know-how transfer.
- Communicate best practice approaches and organizational improvements in change management.
- Create and maintain network of BU2-internal contributors to change management method, process and tool.
- Organise a BU2 cross functional team of Change Managers and Key Users
Your skills and strengths:
- University degree in mechanical engineering or a similar subject
- Knowledge of Project management, VA/VE projects, FMEA knowledge;
- Project Management training;
- Team ability, problem-solving ability, assured performance and assertiveness.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident interaction with customers and top managers
- Excellent English language skills in spoken and written form
- Intercultural competence
- You are a team player and able to lead and support teams even in difficult situations
- Willingness to travel (domestic/international)
