Project Controller
The Project Controller is responsible for ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely financial steering of assigned projects throughout their lifecycle.
The role provides controlling expertise to support project managers and cross‑functional teams in achieving project targets related to cost, profitability, investment planning, and financial risk management.
The Project Controller plays a key role in enabling fact-based decision-making, ensuring cost compliance, and maintaining financial discipline within the project portfolio.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in FACTON, SAP, MS Office (especially Excel), and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Assertiveness and problem-solving attitude.
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
- Adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in controlling, project controlling, cost analysis, or financial planning.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and product calculations.
