Your Contribution

  • Manage packaging development projects from concept through serial production, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and coordinate packaging concepts, specifications, and documentation for OE (Original Equipment) and OES (Original Equipment Services) products.
  • Lead packaging optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and sustainability-focused projects.
  • Coordinate engineering changes (ECM), packaging modifications, and cross-functional project activities.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver packaging solutions on time and within quality standards.
  • Create and maintained material master data, bills of materials, and packaging-related records in SAP.
  • Support quality management processes, conducted documentation reviews, and contributed to achieving zero-defect and continuous improvement objectives.

 

 

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Technical education (Engineering or related field)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP and master data/documentation management
  • Knowledge of CorelDRAW for packaging and print-related designs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
  • Good command of English language (B1-B2)
