PLC Programing Engineer
Your contribution
As an Equipments / PLC Programming Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of automation systems by developing, maintaining, and optimizing PLC-controlled production equipment.

Ensure the reliable operation and availability of automated production equipment from both hardware and software perspectives.

Provide expert technical support for troubleshooting complex automation, electrical, and control system issues.

Lead and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

Develop, modify, test, and validate PLC, HMI, servo, safety, and other automation applications in line with business requirements.

Monitor equipment performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency.

Manage PLC, HMI, safety, and servo software libraries, ensuring proper version control, documentation, and traceability.

Maintain complete and up-to-date backups, technical documentation, and automation standards across production equipment.

Ensure automation systems comply with internal standards, cybersecurity requirements, and TISAX-related documentation expectations.
Your Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Proven experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and maintenance support within a manufacturing environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal.

Knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems development, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience with safety PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and industrial networking technologies such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Industrial Ethernet.

Understanding of servo drives, motion control systems, and automation architectures, preferably including Siemens and Festo solutions.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and control system documentation.

Good command of English and strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
