Head of Maintenance Technician
Your contribution
As Head of Maintenance Technicians, you will lead maintenance teams and drive equipment reliability, availability, and performance to support safe and efficient production operations.

Lead and coordinate maintenance shift leaders, ensuring effective workload distribution and optimal resource utilization.

Drive equipment availability, reliability, and overall operational performance to support uninterrupted production.

Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and maintenance plan compliance.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability and eliminate recurring technical issues.

Lead failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Manage maintenance-related costs, support annual budget planning, and identify optimization opportunities.

Ensure the availability of critical spare parts, optimize maintenance inventory, and maintain technical documentation standards.
Your Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.

Several years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience leading or coordinating maintenance teams and technical specialists.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical equipment, industrial automation, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
