  1. 熟悉公司产品,引导客户理解产品和性能,质保情况等
  2. 服务中心业务的售前支持, 与客户进行技术交流
  3. 完善与充分理解售后服务流程,高效处理售后问题
  4. 编制售后服务手册与相关产品介绍,制定技术方案
  5. 指导售后技师在客户端安装及测试,指导客户端使用和维保
  6. 客户端的投诉流程跟进,及时有效的和客户汇报沟通
  7. 数据与故障的统计整理与分析,并反馈至公司技术、质量、生产团队



  1. 本科以上学历,软件工程,电气工程,机械工艺相关背景
  2. 熟悉热管理,制冷等相关产品
  3. 了解机电与电气相关知识
  4. 抗压能力强,有积极解决问题的方法与意识
  5. 良好的工作沟通能力,具有判断识别风险的能力
  6. 对客户投诉、售后流程有一定了解   
  7. 具有三年以上技术岗位相关工作经验
