・設備投資や固定資産の管理 / Proposing for capital investment and asset management
・工場レイアウトの問題への対応 / Following to the plant layout issues

■主な役割責任 /  Main Accountability
・生産設備が故障した際の復旧作業 / Restoration work when production equipment breaks down
・生産設備の定期メンテナンス計画の立案と実施 / Planning and implementation of regular maintenance plans for production equipment
・新設備の企画立案・設置 / Planning and installation of new equipment
・投資承認の準備とマネジメント /  Preparation and management of investment approvals
・設備レイアウトの計画・改善 / Planning and improvement of equipment layouts
・年間保守計画の作成と実行 / Create Annual maintenance Plan & execute it
・固定資産管理 / Asset management
・既存設備の予知保全 / Predictive maintenance for existence equipment
・射出成形機の新規金型設置・保守管理 / IMM new die installation & maintenance management

■必要なスキル・資格 / Must-Have
・基本的なPCスキル / Basic PC skills
・改善を追求する意欲 / Motivation to pursue improvement
・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力 / Business-level Japanese proficiency

・英語力（読む、書く、話す）/ English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
・製造技術の経験 / Knowledge in manufacturing operations
・製造業務に関する知識 / Experience in production engineering

※平田町駅から車で約15分、当面の移転予定はありません /  Approx. 15-minute drive from Kintetsu Suzuka Line “Hiratachio” Station, No immediate relocation expected

フルタイム、正社員　※試用期間：3～6ヶ月 / Full-time, permanent position Probation period: 3 to 6 months
