Time period
- From March 2027 for a period of 6 months
Tasks
- Conduct literature reviews, develop concepts, and perform simulations of system components (magnetic couplers, compensation networks, and power electronics) for inductive wireless power transfer systems (22 kW+)
- Build, commission, and characterize prototype systems
- Plan, coordinate, and execute experimental test campaigns
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study).
- Solid knowledge of electromagnetics/electrodynamics and common simulation methodologies on component and circuit level.
- Strong background in electrical engineering, particularly power electronics, as well as testing and measurement techniques.
- Basic knowledge of circuit design and PCB development is desirable.
- Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
