Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate CoE Talent to Value Management

Your role & responsibilities

• Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing Talent Development concepts, standards and processes
• Be the subject matter expert in all Talent to Value Management topics including Potential Assessment, Development Planning and Succession Planning
• Provide global guidance for Succession Management Process incl. Key Talent Development, Talent Pool Reviews
• Prepare Key Talent Reviews for Top Management roles
• Enable & consult different international stakeholders, e.g. Executives, HR Business partners, in process and system-related questions
• Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups
• Create presentation templates, reports and communication & enablement material
• Develop a Key Talent & Succession KPI Dashboard, analyze data for process steering and success tracking

Your skills and strenghts

• Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management
• Multiple years of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing Talent Development processes, especially concerning Potential Management, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
• Proven track record in steering global HR projects
• Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
• Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially within the module Succession & Development)
• Proficient in Business English
