Your Contribution
- As Legal Counsel (M&A), you will be responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing projects, and internal corporate reorganizations
- This includes comprehensive legal advice, including analyses and coordination activities
- In addition, you will independently draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide post‑M&A advice, and legally support the post‑merger integration
- You will also act independently as an in‑house expert for all matters related to corporate, contract, and commercial law
- You will contribute independently to interdisciplinary projects and work closely with the specialist departments, project management, and the company’s executive management
Your Experience and Qualifications
- You have completed your legal studies with a fully qualified lawyer degree and above‑average exam results
- You bring several years of experience in the field of M&A — ideally gained in a company or a business‑oriented law firm
- You possess in‑depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- International experience in an English‑speaking environment is an advantage
- You work in a structured and meticulous manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations
- You stand out through strong communication skills, the ability to integrate and collaborate, and a high degree of team orientation
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
