Internship HR Marketing & Employer Branding

Time Period

• From mid August 2026 for a period of 6 months 

Tasks

• Support in the conception and implementation of various activities in personnel marketing and employer branding, such as campaign roll-outs
• Support in the implementation of communication measures for internal as well as external communication channels (e.g. social media, career website, intranet)
• Supporting the coordination of international collaboration with our HR marketing experts on strategic projects and initiatives
• Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of various events
• Research and preparation of decision papers as well as current analyses in the area of Employer Branding
• Operational support and own idea contribution for the HR Marketing and Employer Branding

Requirements

• Enrollment in a business administration, business education, communication science or similar degree program
• Initial experience in the area of personnel development/HR marketing is an advantage
• Strong IT and social media affinity
• Very good knowledge of English and proficient use of MS Office
• Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
• Communication skills and organizational skills
