Tasks
- Support the design, continuous improvement, and global delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including our “Global Career Starter Program”
- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of assessment centers for the selection of participants for the “Global Career Starter Program”
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure a consistent and high-quality implementation of development programs.
- Support the management and continuous enhancement of global HR processes, standards, and governance frameworks related to talent and leadership development.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of workshops, seminars, and development events.
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, and analyses for international target audiences
Requirements

Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Strong interest in talent development, leadership development, and human resources topics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
