  • From March 2027 for a period of 6 months 

 

Tasks

 

  • Support the design, continuous improvement, and global delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including our “Global Career Starter Program”
  • Contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of assessment centers for the selection of participants for the “Global Career Starter Program”
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure a consistent and high-quality implementation of development programs.
  • Support the management and continuous enhancement of global HR processes, standards, and governance frameworks related to talent and leadership development.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of workshops, seminars, and development events.
  • Prepare communication materials, presentations, and analyses for international target audiences
 

 

Requirements

 

  • Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • Strong interest in talent development, leadership development, and human resources topics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
